Basement Bath Addition

This project was a concern in the beginning, design was difficult due to existing plumbing placement and vent routing. There was a mechanical room unfinished as well as angled exterior foundations effecting the overall layout for this space. The ceiling had to be lowered to allow for HVAC and Plumbing, the shower was added and needed to be platformed enabling proper draining. Check out the ceiling layout in the shower it is a little different than the norm. Overall the outcome was a complete success as the homeowner is ecstatic.
